Consumables Returns: (Zirconia discs, etc.)
We will accept products for return within 30 days of original purchase, for the following reasons:
- Wrong product was sent
- Product was received damaged
- Wrong product was ordered
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number, which can be acquired through KATANA Lab Direct customer service by contacting us at 844-587-2729 and meet the following criteria;
- Must have been purchased from our KATANALabDirect.com site
- In order to receive credit, item must be returned in its original, unmarked packaging, complete and unopened in sellable condition within 30 days of invoice date and the return shipping must be paid for by customer.
- All returns must be accompanied by the RMA number.
- No returns accepted after 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Discontinued, obsolete, expired, damaged or opened items will not be accepted for return.
- Amount credited will be based on invoice price.
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited.
- Shortages or shipping errors must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice to issue credit (if applicable).
Any opened product deemed defective must be returned before its expiration date, accompanied by an invoice and written description of the reason(s) why the product is being deemed defective. In such case, Kuraray will return up to 100% of the value paid for the product or if preferred, a replacement of the same product.
